Kumon City Walk is conveniently located across from Green Planet, easily accessible for families in City Walk, Al Wasl, Al Satwa, Jumeirah and more. Our centre warmly welcomes children ages 6 and up, regardless of ability, into our Mathematics and English programs, designed to help every child unlock their full potential.
At Kumon City Walk, we begin with a personalized assessment to determine each child’s “just-right level” to ensure they feel both motivated and challenged. From there, we create a tailored learning plan, shared and regularly discussed with parents to keep you involved in your child’s progress. Our trained instructors provide attentive guidance as children work through the program, either with paper worksheets or digitally on tablets.
Each daily worksheet is crafted to encourage self-study, gradually leading children to discover new material independently. This approach builds confidence and fosters an independent learning attitude, often allowing students to progress beyond their school grade level.

About Instructor
I moved to Dubai from the U.S. in 2022 with my husband and two children. As a trained teacher with over a decade of experience working with students in Japan, the U.S., and Turkey, I’ve supported children’s growth across diverse educational settings. My first exposure to Kumon was 20 years ago as a school teacher in Japan, where I observed that many of my students did extracurricular work at local Kumon centres. I witnessed first hand how the Kumon Method builds confidence, competence, and independence, and this has left a positive impression on me through the years.
Since moving to Dubai, my son’s eagerness to challenge himself beyond the curricular instruction at his school reminded me of Kumon and inspired me to help bring the Kumon Method to children in Dubai.
I am truly excited for the opportunity to work with your children and help them reach their highest potential in Mathematics and English via the proven Kumon method. My vision and hope for Kumon City Walk is for every child to leave every session feeling proud and accomplished.
